An instructor will meet with you to determine what you need to do to meet your goals, and what obstacles normally stand in your way. Together you will create a plan to deal with those obstacles when they arise. Sticking to a plan is easier when you know somebody is there to hold you accountable.

You’ll be more likely to meet your set marks when you have to come clean at day’s, week’s or month’s end. Fitness coaching is suited for anyone who needs encouragement and guidance concerning diet and exercise.
